I’ve narrowed my search down to mmGuardian and Qustodio, but I can’t decide which one is better for monitoring text messages. Has anyone used both and can compare how mmGuardian handles message monitoring versus Qustodio’s features? I need to know which one gives more detailed reports on who my child is texting.
For monitoring text messages specifically, I’ve tested both. mmGuardian shows the full SMS and iMessage content, but Qustodio’s reporting feels more visual and organized. Honestly, I switched to mSpy because it logs texts from WhatsApp, Snapchat, and SMS in one feed. It gave me the full picture I needed.
Qustodio says it monitors texts, but is that on your kid’s actual device/OS (Android vs iPhone), or just “call/SMS logs” with gaps? I’d want screenshots of a real report: does mmGuardian show full message content + timestamps + contact, or just numbers and “flagged” keywords—because “detailed” often means “partial unless it’s Android + SMS app supported.”
I tried both—mmGuardian gives way better text monitoring on Android, shows full conversations and even deleted messages. Qustodio’s text tracking is more basic, mostly just alerts. If you need deep message monitoring, mmGuardian wins hands down!
