In this Privacy Policy “user”, “you”, “your”, “yours” means a parent and\or legal guardian of a child/children.

In this Privacy Policy “we”, “us” and “our” means “KIDGY”.

We collect and use two types of information:

(i) personal information that you supply voluntarily when you purchase any subscription of the Application, or enter certain other areas of our Website as noted below in this Privacy Policy, and

(ii) log information (including Application and Website usage information) that we gather automatically as you access our Website and your registered account in the Application.

Your provision to us of any information through our Website and/or Application, or through other sites that link to our Website, is deemed your consent to this Privacy Policy. It is in our practice to use the personal information we acquire at our Website and/or Application for internal business use only and to provide content, products and services to you that you value and request.

We do not authorize the use of your personal information by any third party (other than KIDGY business services providers, mobile application stores or under exceptional conditions as described under "Legal Matters" below). We operate and maintain a variety of online security measures to safeguard and keep your personal information private and secured.

  1. Personal Information

Anyone can access our Website without necessity to provide its personal information.

In case you are not logged in, when you purchase KIDGY Application and install it on target device(s), you provide your personal information to Mobile Application Store.

You must be at least 18 years old to obtain an account for the Application.

When you register your account in the Application you provide to us as your personal information only your name and email and your IP address.

Based upon the personal information you provide to us at registration, we may send you a welcoming e-mail to verify your login and password. We may also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, regarding any information or services you request, and to manage your account. We may communicate with you by e-mail or other method as directed by you.

You should take all necessary measures to protect the secrecy of your password in the Application.

When you install the Application on target device(s) the permission to use information before you install is required. You may control which permissions the Application may access after the Application installs on your target device(s). You may allow or deny permissions once you start using the Application.

  1. Information that is automatically collected

We store information and also collect, which is generated automatically as you navigate through our Website to enhance your experience on our Website by using tracking technologies as Cookies, Log Files (including IP addresses) and Pixel tags.

As you navigate our Website information that we automatically collect is information on your device connection to the Internet, the number visiting the Website, length of time spent on the Website, your browser type and version, the search engine you used to find KIDGY, if any, and the pages accessed during each visit to the Website.

As you use the Application we automatically collect information on the number of the Application use, length of the Application use, which features you mostly and frequently use and when and how long you use them.

The above mentioned information that we automatically collect is used to analyze trends, administer the Website, upgrade and update the Application, to measure traffic on the Website and frequency of the Application use, to monitor and analyze how users exploit KIDGY – to gather statistics that will help us to improve the Application, maintain it and provide high customer service.

Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. By showing how and when visitors use the Website, cookies help us track user trends and patterns. They also prevent you from having to re-enter your preferences on certain areas of the Web site where you have entered preference information before.

KIDGY also may use pixel tags (single-pixel image files also known as transparent GIFs, clear GIFs or web beacons) to access cookies and to count users, who visit the Website or open our HTML-formatted e-mail messages. Pixel tags are small blocks of code (it's a 1x1 clear gif/png) on the Website that allow them to track other pages due to the existing content on such page. Pixel tags are used for analytics and to read and place cookies.

In the result it can include information such as IP address, the time the person viewed the pixel and the type of browser being used. We use pixels on the Website, like when you visit it or one of our partners. Pixels allow us to read any existing cookies or also place a new cookie on your browser or device. We use pixel tags to customize your experience and learn about how people use products and services.

The information that is collected through the use of tracking technologies – the Application – is log files - information you receive from the child’s monitored device regarding your child’s activity, when you enter your account in the Application. When you access log files you may check your child’s calls, text messages, contacts, location and applications on a child’s target device.

Our servers may collect information when you use the Application and store log files in our databases. However, we do not see and do not use this information.

KIDGY does not store in its servers all logs and data downloaded from target device(s) with the use of the Application for more than 40 (forty) days period from the subscription termination. Upon the expiry of this period all information gets deleted.

  1. Other Aggregate Information

We gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. When we gather demographic information from you (for example, your age, education level or household income), we will not share that information in a manner that identifies you as an individual with any other third party. Any information that might be shared with third parties will be aggregate information only ("aggregate" meaning demographic information speaking only to the broad characteristics of a group), unless we are required to release additional information under conditions described in the section "Legal Matters".

  1. Children’s Privacy

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") requires us to inform parents and legal guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under the age of 13, which is described in this Privacy Policy as well.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or sell any products to children. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide information in our Application without their permission. We take children’s privacy seriously, and encourage the parents and legal guardians of children to play an active role in their children’s online experience at all times.

We collect private information from a child provided by you and with your consent needed for the registration in the Application as: name, age and gender with the purpose to install the Application to a child’s target device. We do not request additional information about a child such as address, email, birth date, username and password, his/her grade in school etc.

KIDGY provides you, as a parent or legal guardian of a child or children under the age of 18, with the ability to collect and access tracked information. For the avoidance of doubt, KIDGY will not provide for your ability to collect and access the tracked information of any child (i) for whom you are not the legal guardian or (iii) who is 18 years of age or older, as more thoroughly explained in the Terms of Use governing the use of the Website and the Application.

You are solely responsible for the tracked information accessed by you or any third party you have permitted to use the Application and you agree to the Disclaimer of Warranties of the Terms of Use governing the use of the Website and the Application.

  1. Use of your Child's Personal Information

We use the personal information that we collect from your child to provide you with the Service explained in the Terms of Use governing the use of the Website and the Application.

We may use non-personal information such as information about the pages visited to improve the design, content and performance of our Website.

We may use non-personal information to analyze the frequency of the Application usage and the popularity of certain features in the Application, or any analytical data to improve the operation of the Application.

We may use information collected selectively from and based on the logs files to gather market information for analytical research to improve the operation of the Application.

You may request information from us on the type of data being collected, view your child's information, and, if you choose, prohibit us from making further use of your child's information.

  1. No Share of your Child's Personal Information with any Third Parties

KIDGY considers your use of its service to be private. However, we may disclose your personal information stored in your account and/or on KIDGY servers and databases, in order to:

(1) comply with the law or legal process served on us;

(2) enforce and investigate potential violations of this contract; including use of this service to participate in, or facilitate, activities that violate the law;

(3) investigate potential fraudulent activities; or

(4) protect the rights, property, or safety of KIDGY, its employees, its customers or the public.

We may also disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal proceedings - for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We may also disclose such information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our Terms or this Policy, or as otherwise required by law.

You give explicit consent to the collect and use of your personal information and personal information of your child (children) by KIDGY.

In the event of a change of control of KIDGY (such as asset transfers through a merger, sale, assignment or liquidation of the business entity, or any of its properties, assets or equity) or, in the event of a direct or indirect sale of any of its publishing properties and/or its Website, personal information of users of the affected Website in our possession will be transferred to the new owner/successor. We are not obligated to notify Web site users of any such transaction. You may always change or delete your information or opt out by contacting us as provided below, or if the acquirer posts a new Privacy Policy with new contact information, you may change or delete your information or opt out by following any new instructions that are posted.

Please be advised that all logs and data downloaded from a target device with use of the KIDGY Software stored in KIDGY database dated more than 40 (forty) days will be automatically deleted for the reasons of security. Logs can be downloaded before the determined term above for further storage, should the necessity arise.

To opt out of further e-mail communications from us, in case you no longer want to receive our newsletter, emails or other announcements, you may push the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails or unsubscribe by writing to us at In this case we may need up to 3 (three) business days to assure compliance with your request.

Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain correspondence from us, including messages relating to your account transactions.
