For the avoidance of doubt, Kidgy: Find my Friends & Family Phone will not provide for your ability to collect and access the tracked information of any child (i) for whom you are not the legal guardian or (ii) who is 18 years of age or older, as more thoroughly explained in the Terms of Use governing the use of the Website and the Application.
You are solely responsible for the tracked information accessed by you or any third party you have permitted to use the Application and you agree to the Disclaimer of Warranties of the Terms of Use governing the use of the Website and the Application.

stored in your account and/or on Kidgy: Find my Friends & Family Phone servers and databases, in order to:

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, block and oppose any processing of your personal data that we may have. Moreover, you may at any time withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data and information.
We generally retain your Data and information from a child (children)’s device(s) on an identifiable basis for 12 month periods, for providing our annual behaviour report. It is then gets deleted. In addition, through the account, you may delete all historical data saved at any time. This data will no longer be accessible and will be fully removed from our systems on the next back-up, except as indicated below.
If you wish to remove all Data in your account, please, uninstall Kidgy: Find my Friends & Family Phone from your device(s), and send an email to [email protected]. (or click on “Delete my Account” button in your account). Once received your request your Account will be permanently removed within 30 days or earlier from our active systems, servers and back-ups. By deleting your account all your personal data and gathered information from a child target device will be removed as well.

To opt out of further e-mail communications from us, in case you no longer want to receive our newsletter, emails or other announcements, you may push the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails or unsubscribe by writing to us at [email protected]. In this case we may need up to 3 (three) business days to assure compliance with your request.
Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain correspondence from us, including messages relating to your account transactions.
